Which documents should I send to zeb/?
Please send us your complete application documentation: It includes a motivation letter, your CV, diplomas and references (A-levels, pre-diploma, bachelor diploma, intermediate diploma and, if applicable, master/PhD diploma as well as internship and employment certificates). Convince us that you are the “right” person for working with zeb/!
When can I apply?
For most positions, we do not have any application deadlines as zeb/ grows permanently so that we continuously need new highly qualified employees. Therefore, you can send your application anytime. A hint for you: Contact zeb/ simply three to four month before you plan to start working.

You can use our online portal for applying. This portal allows you to send us your documents quickly and easily. You can access the online application form via one of our job vacancies. If you register, you can interrupt the input of your application anytime and continue later on. You will need approximately 15 minutes in total for an online application.
What is important for an online application?
During the online application, you have to complete a questionnaire; some of its fields are optional. We will be pleased to get much information on your background. You can attach a maximum of four documents in the format PDF, DOC and JPG to your online application. Please provide a cover letter and a CV because this is required for dispatching the application. The maximum file size is 4 MB per attachment.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Before you can send the online application, all the mandatory fields have to be completed. If all the data required are available in a category, it is marked by a green symbol. The input of data in categories with a yellow symbol is optional. All the information you enter here is voluntary and you can provide it at any level of detail. If mandatory information is missing in a category, this is shown by a red symbol.
If you have provided all the information we need, the symbol next to “Send application” switches from red to green and the related link is enabled. Before you dispatch your application, you can check your inputs in a summary and view the files attached.
How long is the selection process?
As a rule, the selection process takes 4 to 8 weeks at zeb/. A preliminary selection is made in the first 1-2 weeks. If your profile is convincing, we will invite you to an interview at one of our offices. We will inform you of our decision within one week of the interview.
How does the selection process work at zeb/?
zeb/ uses an interview-based selection process involving case studies. As a rule, you will be interviewed by the recruiting manager in charge and the relevant specialised unit.
