The Competence Team “Management and Steering” advises financial service providers on the development and introduction of sustainable measurement and management concepts and supports them in their application both from the perspective of the managing board and in individual management areas. We strongly focus on the practical feasibility of the concepts and will support the change processes from the adjustment of organisational/process models to the definition of parameters for adequate IT solutions.
